She is a dynamic and results-driven business leader with a successful track record. With a consultant-first approach, she has shaped careers of various senior professionals, by guiding them to make the right career decisions. Shas served as a trusted partner to clients from start-ups to the Fortune 500.
She has a knack for assessing clients’ needs and mapping the right fit candidates across industries.
Pooja has more than 10+ years of professional experience working with multiple Global organisations. Her last role was an HR Director for an E-commerce company.
